2. Data We Collect
When you register for the camp or contact us, we collect:
- Parent/guardian data: full name, email, phone number, emergency phone, city and country.
- Child data: full name, date of birth, t-shirt size, English level, medical conditions or allergies (optional), dietary requirements (optional).
- Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card details.
- Communication data: name, email and message sent through the contact form.
3. Purpose of Processing
We use your data to manage registration, process payments via Stripe, send confirmation emails, handle enquiries, ensure children’s safety during the camp, and comply with legal obligations.
Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR), and for children’s health data, vital interests (Art. 9.2.c GDPR).
4. Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary and, thereafter, for up to 5 years as required by tax and commercial law.
5. Data Recipients
Your data is only shared with Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (payments), Resend, Inc. (transactional emails), and public authorities when required by law. We do not sell your data.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to the processing of your data. Write to us at lesfuncamp@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish DPA at www.aepd.es.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All communications are over HTTPS.
8. Minors
Registration of minors must be carried out by the parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for providing accurate data and consenting on behalf of the minor.
